Each session lasts approximately 50 minutes.

How frequent do I have to attend?
The first two sessions usually focus on significant life experiences to know more about you and understand your coping styles. Once you begin to feel better about yourself/more in control of your life, sessions become less frequent.

Even so, frequency of sessions can be negotiated to meet your goals, availability and affordability.
